Returns Policy

We accept returns within 30 days from the date of purchase.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as you received it.

Certain products, such as perishable goods, intimate items, or custom-made products, may not be eligible for return. Please refer to the product description or contact our customer support for further information.

Before initiating a return, please contact our customer support team via telephone or email to inform them about the return and receive further instructions.

Provide your invoice number, the name of the item(s) you wish to return, and a brief explanation of the reason for the return.

Our customer support team will guide you through the return process, including providing you with a return authorization number (RAN) and the return shipping address, if applicable.

Please ensure that the item is securely packaged to prevent damage during transit.

Return Shipping:

 

If the return is due to our error, such as an incorrect item, we will cover the return shipping costs. Please follow the instructions provided by our customer support team for the return shipping method.

If the return is due to a change of mind or any reason not caused by us, you will be responsible for the return shipping costs.

We recommend using a trackable shipping method and retaining the proof of shipment until the return is processed.

Refund or Exchange:

 

Once we receive the returned item and verify its condition, we will process the refund or exchange as per your preference.

If you requested a refund, it will be issued using the original payment method used during the purchase.

In the case of an exchange, we will send the replacement item as soon as possible, subject to availability.

Please note that shipping and handling fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Damaged or Defective Items:

 

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact our customer support team within 7 days of receiving the product.

We may request photographs or additional information to assess the damage or defect.

Upon verification, we will provide you with instructions for returning the item, and a replacement or refund will be arranged.

Cancellations:

If the order has already been shipped, you will need to initiate a return following the instructions provided in Section 2.

Exceptions and Special Cases:

 

In certain circumstances, we may offer store credit instead of a refund or exchange.

If a returned item is found to be ineligible for a refund due to non-compliance with our return policy, we may charge a restocking fee or refuse the return altogether.

Promotional items or freebies received with the original purchase must also be returned if you are seeking a refund.
